This is an actual house in Ballwin, MO and the man who lives here says that he is expressing his feelings about the Holocaust. Mostly, there are wooden cut outs of the "Star of David" and what looks like just a bunch of junk. He has gained local recognition as the "Holocaust House" and he has many complaints from his nieghbors. I was in awe when I first saw this house...I think the pictures speak for themselves.
Intriguing concept. Do you know why he feels the need to express his emotions about the Holocaust? Is he an older man who was a victim of the genocide? If he was, then I think he has every right to express his feelings in this way. I'm sure he still has a lot of pent up angst about the event. Because it's the Holocaust, I think art should be done in remembrance of the event, not as new frustrations towards it.
